At Larkspur Baby, we believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That's why we offer FREE returns!

You’ve got 45 days to decide if the fit and style of your items work for you.

If your item is defective, please send photos along with your receipt to hello@larkspurbaby.com for us to process the issue quickly.

Make sure the item is in its original condition, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including tags.

Please note that the original shipping paid will not be refunded.

To return an item:

• Simply head to our returns portal.
• You can choose to return for store credit or a refund.
• Your return label will be generated instantly.
• Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.

We'll issue your refund once we approve your return. Please note, sale items aren’t eligible for returns.

Exchanges:

• For an exchange (different size), we will place a hold on your credit card for the exchange amount.
• Your exchange item(s) will be processed immediately. Please note that all exchange orders will be fulfilled via our "free shipping service".
• The returned item(s) must reach us within 21 days, or we will charge you for the exchange item(s).
