Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to all of the U.S. and now, we’re excited to include Canada in our shipping destinations!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes. If there's any issue with address validation, we'll reach out to you to confirm the details.

Who chooses the shipping carrier for "Free Shipping" promotions?

For "Free Shipping" promotions, we’ll choose the shipping carrier for you.

Can orders be canceled or modified?

If you accidentally added the incorrect product or size, please contact us immediately. Once placed, orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center. While we'll try to accommodate changes, there's no guarantee.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you've noticed a mistake in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped from our facility, it will be your responsibility to coordinate with the shipping provider directly.

Can I merge multiple orders?

Once orders are placed separately, we’re unable to merge them. This helps us keep things organized and ensures each order is processed smoothly.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please start by checking the tracking link we provided when it was dispatched. If there’s no update or if you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us. Purchases made during new releases and sales may take up to 12 days to be processed and packaged before shipment.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re not able to take responsibility for lost or stolen items. If you have taken Package Protection, then please submit a claim.

Why do my items fit differently?

We continuously improve our products based on customer feedback. As a result, you may notice slight variations in fit between items. We also make small adjustments to snaps, zippers, and other details to ensure the highest quality and best fit possible. Our footies, zip rompers and PJ sets are intentionally made snug-fitting because of safety, especially when they are being used for activities related to sleeping. 

Shipping to Canada

What is the shipping cost to Canada?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $22 for all orders shipped to Canada. Plus, if your order is over $135, you’ll enjoy free shipping!

Are duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping rate. As the customer, you’ll be responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes upon delivery.

Can I return items from my Canadian order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Canadian shipments. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact support, and we’ll make it right. In such cases, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.

What if I don't accept the shipment?

If you decide not to accept your shipment, please note that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee or any other costs associated with returning the goods to us.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

For Canadian orders, our Package Protection Policy is available if added to your purchase. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll provide store credit or refund equal to the original purchase amount. Please note that if your package is marked as "DELIVERED" but not received, you must submit a claim within 5 days, along with a police report, to qualify for store credit or refund.

What if my package is undeliverable?

If the package is undeliverable because of a wrong address, then the package will be returned back to us. Please note that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee or any other costs associated with returning the goods to us.

Do you sell sleep sack walkers in Canada?

We’re sorry, but due to Health Canada regulations, we are unable to sell and ship Sleep Sack Walkers to Canada.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Simply visit our returns portal and follow the steps to generate a return label. Once printed, drop off the package at your nearest carrier location within 28 days. Your return must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer FREE returns! You have 45 days from your purchase date to decide if the fit or style is right for you.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges for a different size are available! We will place a hold on your credit card for the exchange amount. Your exchange will be processed immediately, and the returned item must reach us within 21 days to avoid being charged for the exchanged item.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After that, you'll have 28 days to drop off the return package.

What condition should the item be in for a return or exchange?

The item must be in its original, unwashed condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

In the rare event you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@larkspurbaby.com with photos of the defect along with your receipt. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Are sale items eligible for returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We’ll always remind you of this when you’re making a purchase.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund via your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to process.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

Yes, you have the option to choose store credit instead of a refund when submitting your return.

Do you accept returns on items purchased in Canada?

Returns are not accepted for Canadian orders unless you received a defective or incorrect item. Please refer to our Canadian return policy for more details.

Where are your clothes made?

Our product is expertly crafted in India, with great attention to detail and a deep commitment to sustainability. After being sent to our team in Dallas, Texas, each piece is carefully packed and sent to you, ready to provide your little one with comfort and style.

Why are my items pilling?

Pilling occurs when fibers in the fabric rub against each other, leading to small fuzz balls on the surface. This is a natural process, especially with soft and delicate materials like our CloudWeave™ bamboo. To minimize pilling, we recommend washing your items inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and avoiding fabric softeners or harsh detergents. After washing, hang dry your items to help maintain the fabrics smoothness and longevity. With proper care, your items will stay soft and cozy!

What are these marks/indentions on my new items?

The marks or indentations you see are likely a result of the packaging process. Sometimes, the fabric can press against itself or other items during shipping, causing temporary creases or impressions. Rest assured, these are not signs of damage.

A simple wash or gently steaming the item should help the fabric relax and return to its smooth, original appearance. For the best results, we recommend hang drying your items after washing!

Why aren't my printed items as soft as my solid-colored items?

The difference in softness between your print and solid items is due to the printing process. Printed fabrics often undergo additional treatments and inks, which can slightly alter the texture compared to solid fabrics that are dyed uniformly.

While both our print and solid items are made from the same high-quality CloudWeave™ bamboo fabric, you might notice that the print items feel a bit different. Over time, and with proper care, your printed items will soften. We recommend washing them inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang drying to maintain their softness and quality.

How should I care for my garments?

To keep your Larkspur items made in our signature CloudWeave™ bamboo fabric, follow these care instructions. Wash in cold water using a mild detergent to maintain the fabrics softness and durability. Avoid fabric softeners as they can impact the bamboo's natural qualities. For best results, hang dry your items to preserve their shape and extend their lifespan. If ironing is necessary, use a low setting to avoid damaging the fabric. Always refer to the care label on your item for specific instructions. Proper care ensures that your Larkspur products remain as soft and vibrant as the day you received them.
