Enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $60. If your order falls short of this, don't worry – you'll still get a discounted rate.

When your cart hits that magic number, free shipping is automatically applied, so you'll see the shipping costs vanish before you click 'buy'. Just a heads up, larger packages or items might need special shipping and could bring extra fees. 

Please allow 1-3 days fulfillment time during non-sale day and up to 12 days during sales events.

Package Protection

Our Package Protection Policy covers you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen. Please note that this policy only applies if you have opted for Package Protection when placing your order.

Here’s the deal:

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, just let us know within 14 days. We’ll get you sorted with store credit/refund for the full amount of your purchase.
• If your package is marked "DELIVERED" but isn’t in your hands, submit a claim within 5 days. We’ll need a police report to take care of it, and we’ll make it right with store credit/refund.

Just submit a claim with your order number, contact info, and what happened. We’ll jump in to help and make sure you’re taken care of.

We’re happy to offer shipping to Canada and Australia via DHL and FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.

• Non-Returnable Shipments – All orders shipped to Canada and Australia are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Duties & Taxes Not Included – Applicable duties and taxes are not included in your order total. You are responsible for paying any required fees upon delivery.
