Chest (XS to 3XL): 45.5, 48, 50.5, 54.5, 58.5, 62.5, 67.5

Hips (XS to 3XL): 46.5, 49, 51.5, 55.5, 62, 66, 71

Please note: These are front-only measurements—double the number for full chest or hip circumference. If you're in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

To keep your garment looking and feeling its best, turn it inside out before washing. Use cold or warm water (below 30°C/86°F) and wash gently with like colors using mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, which can weaken the fabric and fade the colors. For lasting softness, use short washing cycles and promptly remove from the dryer.
